I am impressed and energized that the role of Cathedrals remains as important today as it has been for centuries. Our Cathedral is a place where a group of individuals, called by God, provide pastoral care and support the social, personal, and spiritual needs of the people who worship here. Our Cathedral is a “house of prayer for all people.”
I am so excited that we are intentionally exploring the opportunity to reach back to our Anglican roots to worship and pray in the round, as the earliest Christians did. The Good Faith Chapel can provide an intimate opportunity, a place for the parish, the community, and the City of Atlanta to engage in prayer and meditation, looking into each other’s faces and experiencing God in a new way.
