The 38th Annual Homeless Requiem
Please join us at The Cathedral of St. Philip for a holy evening of remembrance and community at our 38th Annual Homeless Requiem on Monday, November 2, 2026.
The Requiem is a service in memory of individuals who have died in the past year while unhoused. Buses will pick up guests—Atlantans currently experiencing homelessness—at various shelters and Woodruff Park on Monday, November 2 between 3 and 4 p.m. and provide return transportation as well. Beginning at 4:30 p.m. guests are welcome to visit with our service providers for healthcare screenings, a foot clinic, clothing closet, and more, then enjoy a warm, communal meal at 5 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. guests can participate in the Choral Prelude in the Cathedral, followed by the Requiem Service at 7 p.m.
We invite your financial contributions, which will help fund this cherished event. Funds raised go towards the purchase of additional clothing items, transportation, and various supplies needed for the evening to make our guests feel welcome and safe. Thank you for your generosity!
