  • Christmas Lessons and Carols

    December 23, 2018 | 4 p.m.

The Cathedral Schola will lead our annual Festival of Nine Christmas Lessons and Carols by candlelight. Biblical readings narrating the prophecy and birth of Jesus are illuminated by congregational carols and choral music of the Christmas season. Our festival is modeled on the famous worship service at King’s College, Cambridge, which has become popular worldwide since World War II through annual radio broadcasts on Christmas Eve.

  • Nadia Bolz-Weber: Shameless

    March 2, 2019 | 7 p.m.

A former stand-up comic and a recovering alcoholic, Nadia Bolz-Weber is the founder and former pastor of a Lutheran congregation in Denver, House for All Sinners and Saints. Join Nadia for a lively evening of truth-telling, conversation, humor, healing and maybe a short dance party as she proposes “...a sexual reformation for those who have been hurt...for those who have done the hurting...and for those who are certain they know all there is to know about what God thinks of sex.”
