Food Service Request Form
Food service requests will be granted based on kitchen availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. Please make requests as soon as possible. Headcount confirmation is required five days before event. Baked goods requests must be made a minimum of three days prior to pick up.
Additional charges will be added if non-disposable plates and utensils are requested. Server(s) are required for most events held at the Cathedral, at $25 per hour (minimum $100 per server.) Number of servers required will be determined by Cathedral kitchen staff. Charges for servers will be added to your invoice and will be paid through the Cathedral.
For Cathedral events, an invoice will be presented after the event. For all other outside events and purchases, payment is due with food pickup or event conclusion.
